Terms of Service

1. 📅 Booking & Payment

  • Appointments are confirmed via text, email, or through our official platforms (e.g., Jobber).

  • Payments are due on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Deposits may be required for new clients or high-value detailing, commercial, or bundled services.

2. 🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of $25–$50, depending on the scope of work scheduled.

  • Weather-related reschedules (e.g., power washing, car detailing) will be accommodated at no penalty.

3. 🔐 Access & Safety

  • Clients must ensure safe, accessible entry to the home or vehicle.

  • All pets must be secured, and the work area should be clear of hazards such as broken glass, unstable furniture, or electrical risks.

  • We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a service if the environment is unsafe or significantly differs from what was discussed during booking.

4. 🧼 Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If a part of your service was missed or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll happily return for a touch-up at no extra cost.

  • After 24 hours, additional visits may be billed as a follow-up or upgrade.

5. 📋 Scope of Work & Fair Pricing

  • All services are based on a pre-agreed scope of work and corresponding quote.

  • Clients may not redefine or dictate additional tasks on-site unless formally added to the scope.

  • Additional requests (e.g., cleaning inside appliances, baseboards, detailing upgrades, etc.) will be billed accordingly.

  • Premier Shine reserves the right to adjust or decline service if work exceeds the original scope without agreement.

6. 📸 Photos & Portfolio Use

  • With your permission, we may take before/after photos for training, marketing, or quality assurance purposes.

  • No identifying information or personal belongings will ever be shown without consent.

7. 💳 Late Payment Policy

  • Invoices not paid within 48 hours of service may incur a $15 late fee.

  • Ongoing late or missed payments may result in service suspension or account pause.

8. 🧍🏽‍♂️ Privacy & Professional Conduct

  • All client information is kept strictly confidential and is never sold or shared.

  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, verbal abuse, or discriminatory language toward our staff.

9. 🔧 Damage Policy

  • While we take every precaution to protect your space and belongings, in rare cases of accidental damage, Premier Shine is insured and will assess any claim fairly.

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.

10. 🧽 Cleaning Supplies & Equipment

  • We bring all necessary tools and eco-friendly products.

  • If specific client-requested products or tools are required, please inform us at booking.

  • For power washing or detailing services, access to water and/or electricity may be needed. This will be confirmed in advance.          .

11. 💼 Commercial Contracts

  • Commercial cleaning clients may be subject to a minimum commitment term (typically 3 months) and must agree to site-specific scope of work terms.

  • Contracts can be discussed and customized on a case-by-case basis.

12. 🧾 Refunds

  • Due to the labor and materials involved, we do not offer refunds once a service has been rendered.

  • Instead, we offer a 24-hour Satisfaction Guarantee and follow-up resolution.

13. 🎁 Referral Program & Gift Cards

  • Referrals that result in a completed clean earn $25–$50 off your next service.

  • Gift cards are available upon request and valid for up to 12 months.

14. 📍 Service Areas

We proudly serve:
Ajax, Toronto, Scarborough, Vaughan, Pickering, Whitby, Markham, Oshawa, and the surrounding Greater Toronto Area.
Some outer zones may incur a travel fee, which will be disclosed in advance.
