We proudly serve the Greater Toronto Area, including Ajax, Scarborough, Vaughan, Markham, Pickering, Whitby, and surrounding neighborhoods. For commercial or large-scale detailing inquiries outside these zones, contact us directly.

 

2. What services do you offer?

We provide:

  • Residential home cleaning (standard & deep cleans)

  • Commercial cleaning (studios, offices, retail, plazas)

  • Car detailing (on-site, VIP memberships available)

  • Power washing (driveways, walkways, exterior)

  • Eco-friendly product recommendations via our online store

 

3. Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No — as long as we have access, we can complete the service without you being home. Many clients prefer this for convenience. We treat every home with the same respect as if it were our own.

 

4. Are your products safe for kids and pets?

Yes. We use eco-conscious, non-toxic products that are safe for families and pets. If you have any sensitivities or special requests, please let us know before your appointment.

 

5. What’s included in a standard vs. deep clean?

 

Standard Clean:

  • Kitchen counters, exterior appliances

  • Bathroom wipe-downs, toilets

  • Vacuuming & mopping floors

  • Dusting and surface sanitation

 

Deep Clean:

  • All of the above, plus:

  • Baseboards, inside appliances

  • Wall spot-cleaning

  • Vents, trim, and detailed edgework

  • Add-on options (e.g., oven/fridge interior, windows)

 

6. How do I book a service?

You can easily book through our online request form, message us on Instagram @premiershinecleaningservices, or call/text us 

7. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee to cover staff and travel time.

 

8. What if I’m not satisfied with the service?

Client happiness is our #1 priority. If anything was missed, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right — no questions asked.

 

9. Do you offer recurring or VIP packages?

Yes. We offer discounted bi-weekly and monthly packages for residential clients. Our VIP Car Detailing Membership is launching this season — ask us how to join.

 

10. Can I book multiple services together (e.g., home + car)?

Absolutely. Bundling services saves you time — and we often reward multi-service clients with surprise bonuses or free upgrades.

 

11. Do you bring your own equipment and power?

Yes — for most jobs. In some cases (e.g., power washing or large detailing), we may request access to water or outlets. We’ll confirm during booking.

 

12. Do you offer gift cards or referral rewards?

Yes! You can purchase a Premier Shine gift card for friends or family. Plus, if you refer someone and they complete a service, you’ll receive $25–$50 off your next clean.

 

13. What if I live in a condo or have parking restrictions?

No problem — just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly. We’re experienced with condo entry codes and underground setups.
